To this end, the present Privacy Policy is intended to inform you on our privacy practices and in particular on the ways Solmeyea, in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, handles information collected about you when visiting our Website.

When you contact us by any means provided at our Website, for instance under the sections “Contact us” or by reaching out directly to one of the members of the Solmeyea team, you provide us with your personal information, i.e. your email address and the content of your request, as well as any other personal data you decide to disclose, such as your full name, profession, other contact details. We process these personal data, in order to contact you, handle your request or query and provide you with an appropriate response. This processing is carried out as a step prior to getting back to you and your query.


● When you apply for a job or a partnership


When you contact us by any means provided at our Website in order to join the Solmeyea team either as an employee or as a partner, you provide us with your personal data, such as your full name, contact details (email address, phone number, etc.), CV, references, etc. During the recruitment and/or evaluation process, you may be requested to provide additional information necessary to evaluate your application or proposal. We process these personal data in order to examine your request or proposal and/or assess your suitability as a Solmeyea team member or partner (as the case may be) as a necessary step for addressing the reason of you contacting Solmeyea. Where we have not entered into an agreement with you, Solmeyea retains your personal data for a time period of six (6) months upon your application or completion of the recruitment process. Your application information may be kept for a longer period of up to two (2) years in order to be taken into account in case of future job vacancies or partnership opportunities only upon your explicit consent.


● Information processed for promotional purposes


When you subscribe to our newsletter

When you decide to subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address under the Website’s section “Subscribe to our Newsletter” and clicking on the button “Subscribe”, Solmeyea processes your email address to send out promotional communications regarding Solmeyea. However, in order to verify your email address and your provided consent, Sync will send you a follow-up email at your declared email address including a link, which you need to click in order to confirm your subscription.
